The food supply chain minor, administered by the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences, is designed to expose students to the core knowledge concerning food supply chains and the myriad of challenges embedded in modern food supply chain operations. The minor is targeted for those students interested in careers with organizations that manage food supply chains or otherwise are affected by the functioning of food supply chains.
