Psychology
The psychology minor is intended to accommodate the interests and the needs of students from a variety of majors who want to develop a basic, foundational perspective in the field of psychology. Students have the flexibility to choose the courses that reflect their interests in the field and support their academic and career goals.
The Department of Psychology is retiring the Biological Bases of Behavior, Clinical Psychology and Individual Differences, Developmental Psychology, General Psychology, Organization and Performance, Psychology Research, and Social Psychology and Personality minors as of autumn 2025. SU25 is the last term in which a student may declare one of those minors. Students who have declared the any of the minors above prior to AU25 will be able to complete the legacy minor or migrate their coursework to the new psychology minor. For access to the legacy minor advising sheets or for questions regarding the new/legacy minor programs, please contact an academic advisor in the Department of Psychology at psychadvising@osu.edu.
